Recovery Rhythm Reset:
A 4-Week Faith-Inspired Reset for Women in Recovery
Ready to rebuild your rhythm and restore your soul?
You’ve navigated addiction, trauma, or mental health challenges, so you know what it’s like to feel exhausted before the day even starts.
You’ve done the hard work of asking for help and taking the first steps toward recovery. Or maybe you’ve been on this journey for a while, but you’re now ready to go deeper and seek more.

Why It Works:
Most recovery tools focus on behavior change. This one goes deeper.

You’ll learn how to:
- Calm your nervous system
- Challenge toxic thoughts
- Reconnect with your emotions
- Create rhythms that last
- Rest without guilt
Meet Your Guide
Hi, I’m Caroline Beidler. I’m a trained clinician and certified addiction recovery expert, author, advocate, and fellow traveler on this journey.
I created Recovery Rhythm Reset because I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed in the quiet after the crisis. Recovery isn’t just about stopping a behavior. It’s about healing the patterns underneath and learning how to live again with intention, joy, and truth.
I’ve spent more than 20 years working in behavioral health, addiction recovery, and trauma-informed care. I’ve led recovery programs, developed national and international initiatives, and walked alongside women in churches and communities around the world. I also know the personal side of recovery. This work is deeply rooted in my own story.
I hold a Master of Social Work and write to encourage women who feel stuck, unseen, or uncertain in their healing.
Here’s what I believe: You are not behind. You are not broken. You are becoming.
This reset is a space for you to breathe, reflect, and begin again. And I’ll be right here with you.
